Shipping policy

We currently ship Friday and Saturdays only. This mean if your item is ready on a Monday, we will not ship until Friday via USPS or UPS.

Custom orders an take up to two weeks once we have started your order. If you have ordered a custom tumbler, please refer back to the email with the timeline that was provided. Custom tumblers are usually shipped within six (6) weeks.
