  1. Is your shipping time include production time?

 No, shipping is separate from production time.

  1. Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, items can be expedited. However, this does not include the production time.

  1. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, on orders $200 or more.

  1. Do I get tracking info? Where can I find it?

Tracking is offered. You can find your tracking in the email provided.

  1. Which Shipping carriers do you use?

We currently use USPS and UPS

  1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but at a higher price

  1. Do you ship APOs and MPOs?

Sorry, we no longer ship to APOs and MPOs. Hopefully, in the future, we will be able to ship to our military families again.

  1. What if my package is returned to sender?

Please reach out to us and we will reship at no cost to you.

  1. My product contains a defect or is damaged, what can be done?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! If you do notice any defects or your item is damage; please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Upon CS approval, you will have 5 business days to return the item.

  1. What’s the difference between “Made to Order (MTO), Ready to Ship (RTS) and Custom Order?

Made to order tumblers are our most popular designs. They are created as the orders are requested. Custom Orders are designs submitted by you and with me executing your vision.

Both Custom and Made to Order tumblers meet the 4-6 week turnaround time.  Ready to ship items are tumblers, with no customization, ready to ship and will ship within 3-5 days.
